Delete your account

Google Play and App Store policies require a clear way to delete your account and associated personal data. Use the options below.

What gets deleted

Your login (email / Google / Apple), sessions, and profile
Saved places, trips, reviews you wrote, and reports you filed
Profile photo files tied to your account
Lead enquiries are unlinked from your user id (message content may remain with the business)

If you own business listings, they are unpublished and ownership is removed. Public destination content curated by Chill Nepal is not deleted.

Option 1 — In the Chill Nepal app

Open Chill Nepal and sign in.
Go to Profile / Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

The app calls DELETE /api/v1/me with { "confirm": "DELETE" }.

Option 2 — On this website

If you are already signed in on this browser (website session cookie), confirm below to delete immediately.

I understand this permanently deletes my Chill Nepal account and personal data, and cannot be undone.

Option 3 — Email request

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with subject “Account deletion request”. We process requests within 30 days.
